Dreadlocks R us
Have you ever thought it could be cool to have Dreads or maybe have them now and know it is ………cool for heaps of reasons. For many people, including all the friends who drop in to see me at Dreadlocks R us, growing their locks has been a life-defining moment. There will be plenty of times when you’ll ask yourself if you’ve made the right decision to get locks but stick with it and you will grow along withyour hair. It’s not an easy task. You’ll need plenty of patience especially in the early days cos it takes a while …… you don’t just stop washing and brushing your hair . Come on you didn’t believe that ……..did you?? Some people still do think that way but fortunately the image of ‘nasty natty’ has fast been outgrown by the ‘locks’ themselves. Today people from all walks of life from pop stars to politicians wear the dreads, and you’ll meet them here sharing their stories, tips and pictures with you, me and Dreadlocks R us . Feel free to share some of your own ideas or ask for help. I have plenty of friends in the know who are happy to pass their knowledge on
